Shipping is a flat rate of BND 4 per order within Brunei Darussalam.
If "Standard Shipping" was selected, the parcel will be shipped within 3 working days from the date the order was placed (excluding Sundays, Mondays, and public holidays). Orders with tracking number can be track via the respective courier website which will be provided in the email after orders are fulfilled.
The estimated shipping time would be around 1-5 working days. Please allow additional time for any unexpected circumstances. Kindly ensure there is someone to receive the parcel. In case of a missed delivery, please contact the courier company to rearrange another delivery or pickup from the respective office.

Self Pickup Policy
If "Self Pickup" was selected as your desired shipping method, please wait for an notification email before heading to the pickup point. Pickup from the addressed location is available DAILY 9AM - 11PM. Please be informed to provide your order number before collection.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not provide cash refunds.

If your parcel is missing an item from your order, please email us at tnl.lensss@gmail.com with your order number and information of the item that is wrong or missing. We will investigate the case, and proceed to send the correct item to you.
If the item that you order is not available, we will contact you to discuss a replacement.
